The nation is the largest unit of society. The smallest unit of society is the family and the smallest unit of the family is the person. If the person is calm, then he should be given attention, if he is creative, then the entire world can become peaceful by going to family, society, country and beyond.
Today, the entire world is paying all its attention to money, and human and humanity is being sidelined. And this is the reason that the situation of the war appears to be maintained at any time in the world. Developed countries want to suppress the depressed nations. By selling weapons, millions of dollars are traded. If the defense budget of all the nations of the world is seen, the amount spent on the so-called defense is not spent on the expense of humanity.
This is about problems, but what about the solution? What can we do at our level, what can be done for our own development?
So friends, we choose the creative lifestyle. If good thoughts are put into the mind then good deeds will come out. Therefore it is necessary to read good books, read about good people, creative processes, dance choreography, encourage all these, And most importantly: meditation.
Remember, reforming itself is the greatest service of humanity.
Thank you for reading.

Every Indian thinks that he fully understands things like Buddha, Sadhana, Samadhi, Yoga, Upanishad, and Vedas. If he knows all this, then why is it so sad? Why do the winds from the west satisfy him?
It is clear that since childhood, we get an opportunity to see the things happening around us, so we understand that we know him. But do not know to see, cannot be.
Today the situation is that, foreign explorers coming from the west, on Indian soil; by studying Sanatan literature and writing abroad after returning home, those books seem more interesting to Indians. Just a few months ago news was broadcast that a team of scientists from Japan came to Varanasi and studied Sanskrit language so that Ayurveda could understand.
I do not want to prove that there is no use or value in the life of money, but it is also true that money is not everything, if it were; people from the West would not be coming to India like this. I just wanted to say that we should adopt a middle path which means there will be money and awakening also. The bird can fly comfortably with two wings. And the most awakening about this need to come in our Indian youth.
Now we will move towards our subject. What is sadhana? What is Buddha? What is God? What is the truth? These questions are not answered, there are gestures, and understanding of gestures is called Sadhana. If the replies of all the Buddhas are summoned, then the meaning of Sadhana will be, drowning in itself, descending in self, understanding you.
When the person experiences one with all, then that experience is Buddha. To get into the world of meditation, the person is forced to stop his mental, physical strength from becoming impaired. But the ultimate thirst of the soul forces the person to lose his precious energy. If a little awareness is seen then the actions performed by the person, if they are greed, and then even in greed, one is looking for the ultimate bliss. But in the wrong direction.
Every person is divine, but upside down. Who will now roam in the wrong directions and come back home. But it is also important to walk around. This is what Sadhana means to roam around and return to your home. Less written is much to understand and think. Sometimes it does not take time to find you.

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.
You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
